Desano R&D Center is National High-tech Research and Development Center, National R&D and Engineering Center of Anti-HIV drugs and National post-doctoral research station. The R&D Center is located in Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park with total area of 4000 square meters. Desano R&D Center is equipped with advanced instruments such as NMR, GC-MS, LC-MS, XRD, ICP etc, following the R&D standard of international pharmaceutical companies. Desano R&D Center provides professional R&D and innovative investigation capability of chemical synthesis, compound crystallization, formulation, analysis, intellectual property management and other subjects.
Desano R&D Center has more than 200 technicians with education background of pharmaceutical related subjects. 40 percent of them have master degree or above. R&D Center has established wide and deep cooperation with Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Nankai University, East China University Of Science and Technology and other domestic famous universities and research institutions.
Desano devotes itself to the research of new drugs and pharmaceutical technology. Every year, a large amount of capital is spent on the R&D to establish advanced R&D system. Human oriented and modern appraisal system is established to encourage research and innovation. Desano emphasizes on highly integration of R&D engineering and production to connect the R&D and production tightly to realize the successful transformation of project from R&D to production, continuously product improvement and high efficiency.
