Attendees of 5th Sino-American Engineering Frontier Forum visited DESANO

On 24th June 29, 2017, Shanghai Desano Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd and National Anti-HIV Drug Engineering Research Center were invited by Tongji University as attendee of the 5th Sino-American Engineering Frontier Forum, holding the forum at Shanghai Desano Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. Dr. Li Jinliang (President of Desano), Mr. Fan Zhongmin (Vice President of Desano) and Dr. Cai Zhigang (General Manager of Acebright R&D) attended the forum. There are more than 30 attendees participating the forum, including forum Chairman Gang Chen (Professor of MIT), Xu Chao (Professor of Department of Control Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University), Leonard Pease (Engineer of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory), Pierre Poudeu ( Associate Professor of Department of Materials Science and Engineering at University of Michigan), Sammy Datwani (Head Engineer of Labcyte), Anne Co (Assistant Professor of Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Ohio State University).
In this forum, Dr. Li Jinliang warmly welcomed the attendees and said that he wished to learn from each other and to grow together by communication. Dr. Li Jinliang introduced Desano in detail including development, technology capability and contribution. Two parties deeply discussed about Desano’s organization of technology platform, technical capability and social influence. Then Dr. Li Jinliang guided the members of forum to visit the Desano R&D Center and showed the advanced instruments and equipment. The Forum Chairman Professor Gang Chen affirmed the technical capability of Desano and highly praised for the forum which will facilitate the development of scientific research.
The forum established the platform of the communication between Desano and Sino-US engineering frontier technology, which laid the foundation for the cooperation and development between USA and China.
