Desano Pharmaceuticals Held Semi-Annual Meeting of 2017

On 10th July 2017, Shanghai Desano Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. held Semi-Annual Meeting of 2017 in its Headquarter (Shanghai Zhangjiang office). The theme of the meeting is “Further delicacy management and implement efficient execution, Establish product portfolio and create the competitive advantage.” The staff members above vice manager of each department of Desano Pharmaceuticals and staff members above director of subsidiaries were invited to attend this meeting.




In the morning, the attendees were divided into 5 teams of quality, supply chain management, R&D-pilot trial-registration, project construction and personnel administration & compliance to discuss how to further delicacy management and implement efficient execution, how to establish product portfolio and create the competitive advantage. In the afternoon, the Vice GM of each department of Desano Pharmaceuticals and GM of each subsidiary reported the summary of first half of 2017 and plan of second half of 2017. Then they summarized the group discussion.

During the summary of first half of 2017, Dr. Li Jinliang (President of Desano) pointed out that close-out the FDA warning letter and obtaining the GMP from MHRA within one year is the remarkable achievement of unremitting efforts and collective striving of whole Desano team. It must be recorded in the history of company development. Great appreciation shall be given to the CQU team of Desano Pharmaceuticals and team of Shanghai Desano Chemical Pharmaceutical’s.  For the plan of the second half year of 2017, Dr. Li Jinliang required that we should take this good opportunity to accelerate the execution of company annual plan, work hard to satisfy the KPI of 2017 and to accelerate the fast development of Desano. He emphasized that in our daily work, we should avoid four inefficient behaviors such as “I don’t know. Blaming others. Making excuses. Keeping waiting. We should promote four efficient behaviors such as “Accepting reality, Taking the responsibility, Finding solution and Taking actions” to continuously improve management and operation.

Mr. Li Jingpeng (Chairman of Desano) emphasized that the business performance of the first half of 2017 has both success and failure. We should recognize the achievement we obtained as well as the shortage existed during work. In the second half of 2017, each department and each subsidiary should executive the annual business plan seriously and efficiently, take the responsibility and overcome the shortage to comprehensively complete the annual KPI of the company.
