In the morning of 24th August, 2017 “Desano-Puxin” Scholarship Granting Ceremony was held in the No.8 conference room of Jiangsu Binhai County Government Conference Center. Qian Wuhua (Secretary of the Binhai County Committee), Cheng Xi (Subprefect of Binhai), Shen Naifeng (Subprefect of Binhai), Zhou Qing (Director of Binhai Education Bureau), Xu Shengping (Chairman of Acebright Pharmaceutical Group), Li Jingpeng (President of Desano Pharmaceutical), Yang Chun (General Manager of Jiangsu Puxin) attended the ceremony.

On behalf of the company, Mr Li Jingpeng summarized the granting of the “Desano-Puxin” scholarship in the past 8 years and the current development of the company. He mentioned that under the support from Binhai Government and Binhai Education Bureau, Desano established the “Desano-Puxin” scholarship 8 years ago. This scholarship will be granted to the newly enrolled college students from poor families in 10 consecutive years. 100 college students are funded every year with 5000RMB for each. Until now, with the completion of 8th year funding, more than 4 million RMB have been invested and 800 students have been supported. The “Desano-Puxin” scholarship has a substantial positive impact on society, which also obtained the praise from Binhai citizens and obtained the honor from the Yancheng Government Committee. At the same time, Mr Li Jingpeng encouraged the funded students to study hard to develop themselves, cherish prime to pursue their dreams and to realize the personal value to become the talent who will contribute to the country, the citizen and the age.

On behalf of the Binhai county government, Mr Qian Wuhua expressed cordial gratitude to Shanghai Acebright Pharmaceutical Group and Jiangsu Puxin Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. He emphasized that the establishment of “Desano-Puxin” Scholarship is the inheritance and development of the traditional virtues of helping disadvantageous groups. It is also the best interpretation of the philosophy “We care for life, We work for human health” of Acebright Group. This event has been held for 8 years until now and 800 students have been funded. The behavior of keeping the commitment and repaying the society is admirable.

During the ceremony, Mr Qian Wuhua, Mr Xu Shengping and other participants granted the 5000RMB scholarship to each funded student. Several students had presentations and expressed their appreciations to the supporting from Puxin and the cares from county government. They determined to work hard and to repay their hometown and the society in future.
