The Annual Technical Committee Conference of 2016 was held by National Anti-HIV Drugs Engineering and Technology Research Center in Shanghai Desano Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd on 28th December, 2016. The attendants included 1. Ding Kuiling, director of Shanghai institute of organic chemistry, Member of Chinese academy of sciences, 2. Lu Hongzhou, Party secretary of Shanghai public health clinical center, 3. Song Gonghua, dean of College of pharmaceutics of East China University of Science and Technology,  4. Zhang Wanbin, professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University, 5.Yin Zheng, vice director of Basic Analytical Science Centre of Tsinghua University, 6.Lou, Zhiyong, Yangtze river scholar and professor of Tsinghua University, 7.Yu Zhixiang, Yangtze river scholar and distinguished professor of Peking University, 8. Sun Hao, expert and professor of Thousand Talents Program of Tianjin University, 9.Li Jinliang, director of National Anti-HIV Drugs Engineering and Technology Research Center of Shanghai Desano Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd,  10. Cai Zhigang, vice director of National Anti-HIV Drugs Engineering and Technology Research Center of Shanghai Desano Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd, 12. An Xiaoxia, president of Shanghai Desano Biological Pharmaceutical Co., 13. Dong Shupei, vice director of bio-pharmaceutical department of Shanghai Science and Technology commission was also invited to attend this conference.

Ding Kuiling, Head of technical committee hosted this conference and announced the adjustment of the committee members of the original technical committee. Then Li Jinliang, director of technical committee reported the performance of the National Anti-HIV Drugs Engineering and Technology Research Center in 2016 and the annual plan of 2017. Cai Zhigang, Chen Yazi, Zeng Zhengya, who are the members of engineering center, reported on global anti - HIV drugs research and development, Desano’s anti-HIV drugs preparations research and development, API research and development respectively. The reports obtained positive feedback and comments from experts. At last, all attendants had an intense discussion on the development strategy and critical common technology of development. A lot of pertinent and constructive suggestions were provided. Dong Shupei, vice director of bio-pharmaceutical department of Shanghai Science and Technology commission was satisfied with the work of the center in 2016 and praised the performance of the center. He also suggested that engineering center should play a leading role in this industry to truly combine the center with experts and explore a better organization structure of harmonious cooperation from R&D to Production.
